Aurion has been delivering innovative people and payroll solutions for over 35 years. In that time, we’ve had a number of logos, each representing the stage of the journey we were on at the time. At every point, our brand reflected the promise we were making to deliver the best solutions possible for our customer community with the team and technology options available to us.

Now, we’ve taken everything we’ve learned so far in our journey to launch a new brand presence and promise. This short video tells the story of our brand evolution, presented by Aurion founder and Chief Software Architect Brian Coleman and our Executive General Manager, Kathryn Wilson.

Focusing on what’s important
More than a year ago we started working with our branding partner Davidson Branding to review our brand and what makes our solutions, team and community special. We interviewed a large cross-section of our customer community to understand what you value about our business, and how we can deliver more of that now and into the future.

“For me, our updated brand reiterates the qualities that our community values the most. It is where we are today, and importantly will take us into the bright future ahead of us,” says Kathryn.

Our new logo, with the new ‘Tridot’ brand symbol, captures our mission to make the complicated, uncomplicated. “The Tridot symbolises that our services, products and community combined are what makes Aurion different,” adds Kathryn. “The Tridot serves as a continual reminder for our teams, that our community looks to us to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions that make life work better for them.”

A vision for change
From today, you’ll notice colour and design changes in the Aurion support portals and resources, our newsletter and service messages, and in the latest versions of our software. In the coming weeks, our website and social media channels will also be updated to our new brand style.

Along with our new look and feel, you’ll also see new features in our Aurion E-Learning Campus to improve your online learning experience.

“I hope our new brand generates the same positive energy and excitement in our wider community as it has in our teams,” adds Kathryn. “We have so much great work happening across our teams to bring you better solutions, and it’s an exciting time to be part of the Aurion community.”
