Outstanding customer service
Our customer support and service teams provide in-depth knowledge and expert support by phone (during business hours), remotely and through our 24/7 online support portal. We have our dedicated Payroll Services team is based onshore in Australia and they are the experts in Australian payroll and legislation.
Aurion customers collaborate with a range of dedicated teams to assist them for the lifetime of their partnership, such as our Service Centre and Account Managers. As the demands of our customers evolve over time, our complete support options can be tailored to complement their growth.
Secure & compliant solutions
We support our customers by delivering strong security, compliance and accreditation programs across our suite of Aurion solutions.
To keep secure and compliant, we will continue our credentials for our ISO27001 certified information security management system and our ISO9001 certified quality management system.
Our security and compliance frameworks are determined and advised by our own internal Cyber Security and Compliance Program Manager. Through their expert guidance for best implementation practices, we follow and accept the advice of industry recommended structures and framework. For instance, as guided by the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) we use frameworks such as the Essential 8, Threat Modelling and the Information Security Manual. As a registered digital service provider, we work closely with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) to remain compliant in the payroll space, which extends to our ATO gateway.
